I’m Greg Myer, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience helping adults work through trauma, stress, and the weight of trying to manage everything on their own. Before becoming a counselor, I served as a Marine Corps Military Police Officer, which gave me firsthand experience with high-pressure environments, structure, and responsibility.
I built RPM Counseling around a simple idea – creating the kind of counseling environment I’d feel comfortable walking into myself. That means sessions that are practical and grounded, not scripted or disconnected from real life.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, a major life transition, or just feeling stuck, I focus on helping you understand your patterns, build real tools, and create change that actually lasts.
